Dr. Babayemi – Saulawa is an intrinsically motivated person, a change driver, who works to the highest professional standards, with an ability to motivate, coach, and lead groups of people and individuals to ensure an increase in personal productivity, as well as profitability to any organization.

Professional & Individual coach and mentor, she works to establish effective work teams, which results in a rise in commitment to any organization, its values, and goals. Succession planning in organizations through comprehensive and robust mentoring programs is also one of my key areas of competence. For individuals, she encourages and guides them to be the best they can be personally, professionally, socially, and financially in relationships, for them to attain a positive and effective work-life balance.

Management Consultant, She ensures projects are identified and carried out, professionally, and within budget. Individuals’ skills set and competencies are also identified and developed. She leads in the training of individuals, groups, and organizations in ensuring International best practices are embraced and practiced.

Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Governance She has qualifications in Engineering, Education, Project/Technology Management, Management, and Leadership, She chairs five (5) multifaceted organizations and one (1) Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). These are viable organizations that are recognized as Leaders in their field of Operations.

Dr. Saulawa was a newscaster for Oyo state broadcasting corporation (Radio Oyo – 1979), she was also in charge of West African Portland cement (WAPCO – 1984) Sagama (NYSC) as an assistant engineer and was also in charge of housing for Katsina State Agriculture and rural development authority (World Bank), as well as in African Petroleum Ltd (1988). (Formally British Petroleum). 2003, she was appointed as a senior lecturer at College of North West London in the business management department and she is currently a chairperson for several establishments e.g.: Nikels Multi-solutions Nigeria Limited (Management Consultants), Syils mining limited Management (construction, estate planning, and management), Energy Nigeria Ltd, and Technologies Nigeria Ltd, and is also the president of OBF (NGO). Dr. Oyenike – Babayemi Saulawa’s plethora of knowledge and experience as well as her meritorious execution of duties and dedication resulted in her receiving the Distinguished Fellow/Doctorate Degree Honours Causa from Institute of Leadership, manpower and Management Development. (ILMMD).
